Description
Falanghina di Lapilli is a white wine produced in Campania, a region characterized by a typically Mediterranean climate, influenced by the presence of the sea. The high summer temperatures are mitigated by the proximity of the sea and the geographical conformation, creating ideal conditions for the cultivation of grapes, which develop fresh and complex aromas.
After a soft pressing of the grapes, the must ferments for 8-12 days at controlled temperatures between 15 and 17°C in steel tanks. The wine is then stored at 18-20°C until bottling, maintaining the freshness and aromatic balance that characterizes this native vine.
It has a light straw yellow color with greenish reflections. On the nose it offers a fresh and fruity bouquet, with predominant notes of citrus, pineapple and white flowers. On the palate it is very fresh, thanks to a marked acidity well balanced by the structure of the wine.
Perfect as an aperitif, it pairs particularly well with shellfish and seafood dishes, fish, white meats, vegetables and fresh cheeses.
