Description

Aglianico from the Lapilli company is a red wine that comes from Aglianico grapes grown in Campania, a region characterized by a typically Mediterranean climate, influenced by the presence of the sea. Despite the high summer temperatures, the proximity to the sea and the orographic conformation of the territory contribute to making the climate more temperate and favorable to viticulture, giving the wine complexity and freshness.

The grapes, once harvested and destemmed, are vinified with a maceration of 12-15 days to extract color and structure. The alcoholic and malolactic fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures between 25 and 27 ° C, thus preserving the varietal and aromatic characteristics of Aglianico.

In the glass it presents an intense red color. On the nose you can perceive delicate aromas of red fruits such as blackberries, black cherries and ripe plums, enriched by light notes of licorice. On the palate it is dense and soft, with a pleasant aroma of berries that enhances its structure and persistence.

Excellent when paired with soups, meat dishes, both white and red, and fresh or mature cheeses.
