Description
Les Bretèches by Château Kefraya is a vegan wine produced in Lebanon in the West Bekaa Valley with a blend of 50% Syrah, 20% Cinsault, 18% Tempranillo, 7% Cabernet Sauvignon and 5% Marselan.
The wine takes its name from an ancient defensive system called "bretèches". For the production of this wine the vines are grown at about 1000 meters above sea level with an assembly of the different varieties.
Beautiful deep and intense garnet red color with fragrant notes of spices and red fruits such as blueberries and cherries. The entry on the palate is warm, with fruity returns, good structure and velvety tannins for a long finish.
Try it with second courses based on red meats, game and grilled mushroom side dishes.
