The Premier Cru Beaune du Château by Maison Bouchard Père & Fils is a product in Beaune with 100% Pinot Noir grapes.

Made with grape cuvée of grapes from different plots, the grapes are harvested manually and vinified separately with an aging of up to 14 months in wooden barrels with a percentage of 35% of new wood.

Ruby red with medium intensity garnet reflections, it expresses red fruits in jam, figs and notes of chocolate on the nose. Harmonious and deep on the palate, it is elegant and refined in the touch, with soft tannins and a beautiful finish of long persistence.

Perfect to accompany meats served with sauces and delicate first courses that enhance the depth of the wine.
