Description
The Beaujolais-Villages "Combe aux Jacques" by Louis Jadot is mainly produced from the Rhône region and Saône-et-Loire, such as Lantigné, Lancié and Régnié, which represent the best locations for this appellation. Produced from Gamay grapes, the wine originates from a soil composed of granite as well as clay and limestone.
The vinification and refinement of the wine take place in stainless steel tanks to preserve the fruit and freshness of the wine, before bottling.
It has a ruby red color. On the nose it offers an intense bouquet of red fruits such as cherries and strawberries, enriched by light floral notes. These aromas open on the palate in a harmonious balance between freshness and softness, revealing a delicate spiciness towards the final phases.
It pairs perfectly with a wide range of dishes, from light dishes based on white meats and soft cheeses.
