Description
The Aglianico Sacravite of the D'Angelo company is born in vineyards located in Barile and Maschito, in the province of Potenza.
The pure Aglianico grapes are traditionally vinified in red with an 8-day maceration. The refinement takes place for a few weeks in wooden barrels.
Lively ruby red in colour, it reveals intense aromas of wild berries on the nose. The sip is full-bodied and soft, with a good persistence.
Excellent in combination with pasta with sausage ragù and stewed white meats and fresh and semi-mature cheeses.
