Description

The Barolo Riserva 10 years of Bel Colle was born in the municipal area of Verduno, in the northernmost area of the Barolo appellation.

At the end of the harvest operations, the best bunches are fermented with a 15-day maceration on the skins. Subsequently the wine ages for about 5 years in Allier oak barrels and finishes the refinement in the bottle.

It has a garnet color, with a bouquet of dried red flowers, raspberry, marasca cherry and delicate spicy notes. The sip is structured, with velvety tannins.

To be combined with game, braised or roasted meats.
