Description
Barolo PerArmando di Parusso is dedicated to the founder of the company, Armando Parusso. The wine is made from Nebbiolo grapes from the Mariondino, Mosconi and Bussia crus
After the manual harvest, the grapes undergo a soft pressing followed by a long maceration on the skins. Alcoholic fermentation occurs spontaneously with indigenous yeasts without the use of sulphites, at a controlled temperature. The wine then ages for at least 18 months in small barrels.
Barolo PerArmando is ruby red in color, almost garnet, with a broad nose, rich and complex aromas, with marked fruity and licorice notes. On the palate it is soft and harmonious, with delicate tannins.
A complex wine perfect with truffle-based dishes, grilled or braised red meats and aged cheeses.
