Description

Founded in the early 1980s, it immediately stood out as one of the most interesting realities in the Monforte d'Alba area. The estate has vineyards in fine Barolo crus: Ginestra, Castelletto and Mosconi. The Sorì Ginestra represents the spearhead of the production. It is a vineyard magnificently exposed to the south, located at an altitude of 350 meters, on soils composed of silt, sands and clay.

Fermentation takes place in steel tanks with maceration on the skins for a couple of weeks. The aging takes place in French oak barrels for a period of 2 years, followed by another year of aging in the bottle.

The wine expresses all the elegance of an exceptional terroir, with a garnet color and aromas of dried flowers, violet, morello cherry and red currant. The taste is refined, with harmonious tannins and a long and refreshing finish.

To be combined with small game, roasts and stewed meats.
