Summary
Description
The Barolo Rocche di Castiglione Ceretto comes from grapes from suitable vineyards in the municipalities of La Morra, Barolo and Serralunga, in the province of Cuneo.
It is obtained entirely from Nebbiolo grapes vinified at a controlled temperature in steel tanks. After the malolactic fermentation, the wine ages for 24 months in oak barrels before being bottled.
Barolo Rocche di Castiglione has a bright red color with garnet hues. The nose opens with hints of wild rose, pomegranate, tamarind and notes of blood orange. The sip is vertical and austere.
Perfect in combination with structured dishes such as baked pheasant with roast potatoes.
