Description
Barolo Riserva San Bernardo is produced by the Palladino winery, founded in 1974 in Serralunga d'Alba, in the heart of the Langhe.
It consists of 100% Nebbiolo grapes, vinified in thermoregulated steel tanks. The wine ages in large Slavonian oak barrels for at least 36 months.
Garnet red in colour, it opens to the nose with aromas of red fruits, licorice, pepper and truffle. The sip is intense and structured, with vigorous tannins and a long persistence.
Excellent with roasts and braised meats, seasoned and blue cheeses.
