Description

The wooden box contains 3 Barolo Riserva from the Marchesi di Barolo company, produced from a selection of the best vineyards on the estate, in the municipal area of Barolo.

Barolo Riserva 1988 Sarmassa: the vintage is considered a splendid vintage, thanks to which a wine was created that combines the finesse of the aromas, the elegance of the tannins with great longevity.

Barolo Riserva 1998: the 1998 vintage is considered excellent and produced a stupendous wine, with great body and expression.

The 2009 Barolo Riserva is a fully expressed wine, thanks to the vintage which could prove to be one of the best harvests of recent years.

The Barolo Riserva refines first for 12 months in French oak barriques, followed by a further 12 months in large Slavonian oak barrels.
