The wooden box contains 3 Barolo Riserva from the Marchesi di Barolo company, produced from a selection of the estate's best vineyards, in the municipal area of Barolo.
Barolo Riserva 1988 Sarmassa: the vintage is considered a splendid vintage, thanks to which a wine was created that combines the finesse of the aromas, the elegance of the tannins with great longevity.
Barolo Riserva 1998: the vintage is considered excellent and has produced a wonderful wine, with great body and expression.
Barolo Riserva 2009 is a fully expressed wine, thanks to a vintage that could prove to be one of the best harvests in recent years.
These Barolo Riservas first age for 12 months in French oak barriques, followed by a further 12 months in large Slavonian oak barrels.
