Description
Barolo Ludo is a very thick wine that reflects the sub-areas of origin of the grapes from which it is made: Bussia for power, Cannubi for elegance, Terlo for overall balance.
Pure Nebbiolo, ferments in steel and cement at controlled temperature, with subsequent maceration of 22-25 days. Once the malolactic fermentation is complete, it follows a long maturation period in oak to finish with further refinement in the bottle.
Illuminate the glass with a bright garnet red color. On the nose it has an appealing bouquet of red berry fruit and spices. The palate is synergistic and structured, with a full and velvety texture that enhances its finish rich in references to goudron and star anise.
Ideal wine for roasted red meats and game, it goes very well with medium-long aged cheeses.
