Description

The Barolo Cannubi dei Poderi Luigi Einaudi was born in vineyards located on the rolling hills of Cannubi and Terlo Vie Nuove, in the municipality of Dogliani, in the heart of Piedmont.

It is produced exclusively with Nebbiolo grapes. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature of 30-32 ° C for about 20-22 days. Subsequently the wine ages in oak barrels for 18 months and for a further period in the bottle.

It is characterized by a bright garnet red color. The nose opens with aromas of red fruits, enriched with pleasant spicy notes. On the palate it is elegant, full and pleasantly velvety. The wine has a long and tannic finish.

Perfect to accompany game and red meats, it is ideal in combination with aged cheeses.
