Summary
Description
Ceretto's Barolo Bussia is made from grapes from vineyards in Langa, in the province of Cuneo. Bussia is one of the largest Barolo crus in the Langhe, in Piedmont.
It is obtained entirely from Nebbiolo grapes vinified at a controlled temperature in steel tanks. Once malolactic fermentation is complete, the wine ages for 24 months in oak barrels before being bottled.
It has a bright red color with garnet hues. The nose opens with hints of undergrowth, earth, red fruit with citrus notes. The sip is tasty, full-bodied and warm.
Perfect when paired with structured dishes such as jugged hare.
