Description
The Barolo Bricco Rocche di Ceretto was born from a small and prestigious plot of just over one hectare, located 370 meters above sea level in the municipality of Castiglione Falletto, in the province of Cuneo.
It is obtained entirely from Nebbiolo grapes fermented only with indigenous yeasts. Following malolactic fermentation, the wine is left to age in barrique for 12 months and then moved to large barrels.
It is of a bright ruby red color with garnet reflections. Hints of violet, black cherry jam and flower potpourri stand out on the nose. On the palate it is intense, with velvety tannins and a long finish.
Delicious to accompany a risotto with white truffle or game second courses.
