Description
Barolo Bricco Rocche comes from a vineyard cultivated in the most prestigious area of the municipal territory of La Morra, with exposure to the south, south-east on soils made up of the prized marl of Sant'Agata. The Ceretto winery is among the most prestigious in the Langhe area.
Fermentation takes place in steel tanks using only indigenous yeasts. The wine ages for 24 months in large oak barrels and tonneaux and completes the refinement with 12 months in the bottle.
Pure expression of the terroir, it is a refined Barolo, ruby red in color with garnet reflections. The bouquet seduces with floral scents of violet, fragrances of orange peel, aromas of berries, aromatic herbs and licorice root. On the palate it is harmonious, with very fine tannins and delicate aromas, which anticipate a fresh and persistent finish.
To be paired with spit-roasted game and roasts.
