Description

The Ceretto winery is one of the most prestigious in the Langhe area. For almost a century it has been producing great wines in the area of Barolo and Barbaresco, thanks to a heritage of carefully selected vineyards located in some of the most famous crus of all.

Barolo Brunate comes from a vineyard cultivated in the most prestigious area of the municipal area of La Morra, with south, south-east exposure on soils made up of the precious Sant'Agata marl. Fermentation takes place in steel tanks using only indigenous yeasts. The wine ages for 24 months in large oak barrels and tonneau and completes the refinement with 12 months in the bottle.

Pure expression of the terroir, it is a refined Barolo, with a ruby red color with garnet reflections. The bouquet seduces with floral aromas of violet, orange peel fragrances, aromas of berries, aromatic herbs, licorice root. On the palate it is harmonious, with very fine tannins and delicate aromas, which anticipate a fresh and persistent finish.

To be combined with game on the spit and roasts.
