Description

This box invites you to discover two of the greatest expressions of Nebbiolo, the symbolic grape of the Langhe, with a selection by Ceretto that celebrates the elegance and power of the great Piedmontese reds. The focus is on two prestigious denominations: Barolo and Barbaresco, both produced in the province of Cuneo, in Piedmont. These wines embody the tradition and terroir of the Langhe, giving life to a unique sensory experience that can fascinate enthusiasts and connoisseurs from all over the world.

Barolo Bricco Rocche comes from an exclusive plot in Castiglione Falletto, where Nebbiolo grapes ferment with indigenous yeasts and are then aged in wood for perfect harmony. The result is a ruby red wine with garnet reflections, which offers aromas of violet, black cherry jam and a floral touch. In the mouth, its enveloping structure and velvety tannins offer a long persistence, making it ideal to accompany risotto with white truffle or game.

Barbaresco Asili , on the other hand, is born from the union of the grapes of the Asili and Treiso Crus and ages in wood for two years. It is bright garnet red in color with orange reflections, on the nose it is distinguished by ethereal and leather notes, enriched by hints of cherry jam, while on the palate it offers a balanced body and refined tannins. Excellent with roasts, game and mature cheeses.

Ideal to accompany important dishes or to be tasted on special occasions, this selection represents an unmissable opportunity to immerse yourself in the history and winemaking tradition of Piedmont, adding to your cellar two labels destined to evolve splendidly over time.
