Description
Barolo Bricco Cogni is produced by the young Reverdito company, founded in 2000 in La Morra, which today manages 26 hectares of vineyards, including some Additional Geographical Mentions such as Badarina or Berri.
The wine is made from 100% Nebbiolo grapes, which are destemmed and vinified in thermo-controlled steel tanks. Subsequently the wine ages for 30 months in wooden barrels.
Garnet red in colour, the nose reveals aromas of wild berries, licorice and spices. The sip is full and elegant, with harmonious tannins and excellent persistence.
It is appreciated with ravioli al plin seasoned with red ragù and with braised red meat.
