Description
Barolo Badarina is produced by the young Reverdito company, born in 2000 in La Morra, which today manages 26 hectares of vineyards, including some Additional Geographical Mentions such as Badarina or Berri.
The wine is made from 100% Nebbiolo grapes, which are destemmed and vinified in thermo-controlled steel tanks. Subsequently the wine ages for 30 months in wooden barrels.
Garnet red in color, the nose reveals aromas of red fruits and spices. The sip is full and elegant, with excellent persistence.
It is appreciated with first courses with meat sauce, with red meats and game.
