Description

This Barolo comes from the Bricco Voghera vineyard in the municipality of Serralunga d'Alba.

The grapes are harvested by hand, pressed and left to ferment at a temperature of 18-26 ° C for 10 days. Maceration for 8-10 days, malolactic fermentation and 24 months aging in cask follows. Finally, the wine rests in the bottle for a period ranging from 6 to 12 months depending on the vintage.

Intense ruby red with garnet hints, it releases aromas of dried rose, plum, licorice and spices to the nose. Fresh and lively, it is supported by a good structure and the right tannins.

It is traditionally combined with red meats, feathered game and braised meats.
