Description
Barolo Pianpolvere Soprano was born in the homonymous sub-area of Bussia di Monforte d'Alba. The vineyard is managed in biodynamic agriculture.
It consists of 100% Nebbiolo grapes, which are vinified in cement and subsequently aged in barriques and in bottles for at least 4 years.
Ruby red in color with garnet reflections, the nose perceives aromas of blueberries, spices and mentholated notes. The sip is fresh, with very fine tannins and a persistent finish.
Ideal with truffle risotto.
