Description

The Vietti winery is a true institution of the Langhe, which for over a century has been producing great wines with a classic style. The estate includes vineyards located in various areas of the appellation, in particular in the crus Rocche di Castiglione and Villero in Castiglione Falletto, Ravera in Novello, Brunate in La Morra, Lazzarito in Serralunga d'Alba.

The Bunate vineyard is about 50 years old and enjoys a sunny exposure on the southern slope of the hill. At the end of a fermentation in steel tanks lasting about 3 weeks, the wine rests for about 3 years in large oak barrels and barriques.

Intense ruby red in color, it expresses fragrant aromas of wild berries, hints of blood orange, nuances of violet and soft spices. Elegant and ripe, it has a fine tannic texture, which envelops a rich and persistent fruit.

To be combined with roasted red meat, small stewed game.
