Description

Barolo Brunata comes to life in the homonymous area of Brunate, in the municipality of La Morra, and looks like a pure Nebbiolo with an austere and imposing structure. Fermented in steel at a controlled temperature for about 20 days, and aged in wood for at least 24 months.

A splendid bright red color with reflections that tend to orange illuminates the glass, while it presents an intense nose with notes of violet accompanied by balsamic and small red fruit hints. At the sip it confirms its intensity and shows itself in all its elegance and persistence, declined in the shades of red fruit, tobacco and licorice and, with aging, also hints of truffle and cinnamon emerge.

Dreamlike and fairytale wine, it is ideal to combine with roasted and grilled meat. Sublime with a mushroom risotto.
