Description
This Bardolino was born in the Zonin vineyards, one of the most important wineries in Italy, located in the heart of the famous denomination of Valpolicella.
Made with a well-studied blend of grapes, including Corvina, Molinara, Rondinella and Negrara, the must undergoes a fermentation and maceration process for about 8 days. After malolactic fermentation, the wine ages for a short period in Slavonian oak barrels of 60 HL, where it refines all its organoleptic characteristics.
Zonin's Bardolino Classico has a medium intensity ruby red color. The nose is intense, with delicate floral and fruity notes, concluded by a finish full of red cherry. On the palate it shows a medium body, with soft tannins and a pleasant and fresh finish.
Excellent with tasty appetizers, first courses and risottos, it also goes very well with white meats and fresh cheeses.
