Description
The Bardolino di Zenato was born in a hilly area on the Veronese side of Lake Garda.
It is made with Corvina, Rondinella and Sangiovese grapes, harvested only by hand. Before bottling, the wine is aged for 6 months in stainless steel tanks.
This Bardolino is characterized by a bright red color, enriched with purple reflections. The nose reveals fresh fruity aromas of red fruit and wild flowers. In the mouth it is fresh, with a decent body and a good balance. Overall it is a wine with a delicate softness, with a discreetly pleasantly fruity final persistence.
Ideal to accompany traditional first courses, such as pasta with meat sauce, ravioli and lasagna, it is recommended in combination with red and white meats. Try the combination, typical of Lake Garda, with dishes based on lake fish, such as tench and eel.
