Description
The Bardolino of the Corte Giara di Allegrini line comes from the hilly area of Lake Garda, on soils of fluvio-glacial origin.
The blend from which it is obtained consists of Corvina Veronese grapes and Rondinella and Molinara grapes harvested manually in the first half of September. After a soft pressing of the grapes, the must ferments in steel tanks at controlled temperatures. This is followed by a stay in steel for about 3 months and an additional refinement of 2 months in the bottle before being placed on the market.
It has a very intense ruby red color with purple hues. The nose is characterized by intense fruity sensations, in which small berries predominate, accompanied by characteristic spicy notes of pepper and dog rose. Dry and harmonious on the palate, it conquers for elegance and great ease of drinking.
Perfect with first courses with meat sauce, it goes well with stewed meats.
