Description

Giulin is a Barbera del Monferrato signed Accornero. He is incredibly capable of grasping the somatic traits of the Monferrato land in Piedmont, and of telling them in the glass.

It comes from a selection of the best grapes, conducted on several vineyards located in Monferrato. Once pressed, the grapes macerate on their skins for 10-12 days. Followed by alcoholic fermentation and aging in tonneaux for about 6 months.

From the intense ruby red glass notes of rose, raspberry and cherry emerge. In the mouth it is fresh and finished with a nice savory streak. The not invasive tannin completes the profile of hardness and balances the softness of the body.

Ideal if combined with a beef sirloin in walnut sauce.
