Description

Luigi Coppo's Barbera d'Asti L'Avvocata is an emblematic expression of Barbera, the main grape variety of the southern Asti area, where the particular pedoclimatic conditions, with exposures that vary from south to south-east and south-west and a marl soil clayey-limestone with a prevalence of silt, favor the development of high quality grapes.

The harvest takes place in September, through a careful selection of the healthiest and ripest grapes in the vineyard, followed by maceration in contact with the skins. The refinement takes place in steel tanks.

Visually it stands out for its brilliant ruby red color, an invitation to discover its sensorial qualities. On the nose, it offers an intense bouquet of red fruits and black cherries, embellished with floral notes of violet. In the mouth it is juicy and fresh, with a perfect balance that invites another sip.

Ideal in combination with traditional Italian cuisine dishes such as pasta with ragù, slightly mature cheeses, cuttlefish and peas, enhancing them with its harmonious structure and lively freshness.
