Description

The Barbera d'Alba La Ginestra by Paolo Conterno is produced in vineyards located in the municipality of Monforte d'Alba, in the province of Cuneo.

It is made entirely from hand-picked Barbera grapes. The fermentation is characterized by the use of special tanks that optimize color extraction through maceration. Subsequently, the wine matures for several months in oak barrels.

This Barbera has a deep ruby red color. On the nose, it opens with pleasant notes of cherry and blueberry, enriched by spicy hints. On the palate, it is fresh and structured, with vibrant and refreshing acidity.

Perfect when paired with cured meats, hot appetizers, and legume soups.
