Description
Barbera d'Alba Bricco by Paolo Conterno comes from vineyards located in the municipality of Roddi d'Alba, in the province of Cuneo.
It is produced entirely with Barbera grapes, harvested by hand in the first ten days of October. Fermentation is characterized by the use of special tanks which make the extraction of color by maceration optimal. Subsequently, the wine ages for 8-12 months in oak barrels.
Paolo Conterno's Bricco has a deep ruby red color. The nose opens with pleasant hints of cherry and blueberry, enriched with spicy notes. In the mouth it proves pleasant, soft and structured, with a vibrant and refreshing acidity.
Perfect in combination with cold cuts, hot appetizers and white meats.
