Description

Guasti's Barbera d'Asti Superiore Boschetto Vecchio comes from the vineyards owned by Cascina Boschetto Vecchio in Nizza Monferrato, an area renowned for the production of high-quality wines.

The winemaking follows traditional methods, with fermentation in steel at a controlled temperature. Subsequently the wine matures for 18 months in oak barrels.

It has an intense ruby red color. On the nose it is vinous, broad and ethereal, with a bouquet that heralds a rich tasting experience. On the palate it is important, dry and harmonious, showing a good structure and promising great longevity.

This wine is perfectly paired with important and tasty first courses, game, roasts and mature cheeses.
