Description

The Barbera d'Asti of the Palás line by Michele Chiarlo rises from clayey-calcareous soils with a good presence of sand, located in the heart of the DOCG Barbera d'Asti.

It is produced exclusively with Barbera grapes, which are harvested only by hand. After fermentation which takes place in steel tanks, with maceration on its skins for 10 days, the wine undergoes malolactic fermentation, after which it ages for at least 3 months in the same containers before being bottled.

Red in color with bright purple reflections, it brings to the nose characteristic hints of red fruits. In the mouth it shows a clean wine with great freshness, pleasant elegance and drinkability.

It goes perfectly with grilled meat or fish. It also does not disdain tomato pasta dishes and pizza.
