Description

Barbera d'Alba comes from the vineyards of the Prunotto dei Marchesi Antinori estate, located in the heart of the Barbera d'Alba DOC.

It is produced exclusively with Barbera grapes, harvested and selected only by hand. Fermentation takes place, with maceration, at a controlled temperature of 28-30 ° C for 5-7 days. After malolactic fermentation, the wine rests for a few months in the bottle before being placed on the market.

This Barbera d'Alba by Antinori is characterized by a ruby red color with violet reflections. The nose opens with a pleasant bouquet of flowers and ripe fruit, enriched with pleasant spicy notes. In the mouth it is full, harmonious and round.

This red wine is perfect to accompany fried food and stewed meats.
