Barbera d'Alba Bricco Angelini di Gemma comes from the homonymous vineyard located in the municipality of Alba, in the province of Cuneo.
It is produced with only Barbera grapes, harvested within the first half of October. The must ferments for 8-10 days in stainless steel tanks, at a maximum temperature of 28 ° C. Aging takes place in barriques for at least 9 months.
It comes in an intense ruby red glass that turns towards garnet. It smells of plum, cherry and sweet spices. The sip is full and enveloping, with soft tannins.
Ideal in combination with red meats, it goes well with braised meats, boiled meats and mature cheeses.
