Description

The Barbaresco Serraboella DOCG Paitin comes from the Serraboella cru, where on the steepest and hottest side the Barbareschi possess a unique character, and power and volume unravel in an elegant texture.

The Nebbiolo grapes, grown according to the dictates of organic farming, and the wine obtained undergo a long maceration on the skins. Afterwards it rests in barrels with a volume between 25 and 50 hectoliters for no less than 18 months and when the structure allows it even two whole years, acquiring structure and elegance.

In the glass, this Barbaresco shows all its finesse, in the clarity of the color and in the bouquet of aromas that are those characteristic of Nebbiolo, where notes of violet and rose are found. Refined on the palate, it is enveloping and elegant like a silk scarf.

A precious and elegant Barbaresco, ideal for surprising your guests with the main wine of the Langhe.
