Description

Bruno Rocca is one of the leading names in the Langhe. For over 50 years he has been cultivating vineyards in the Barbaresco area, producing wines with an elegant and refined profile, perfect interpreters of a territory of extraordinary value. The estate extends over about fifteen hectares, with plots in different areas of the appellation.

The famous cru of Rabajà is among the most highly rated of all and is located south of the village of Barbaresco. The fermentation takes place in steel tanks with a maceration on the skins for a couple of weeks. The wine ages for about 2 years in French oak barriques and ages for 18 months in the bottle.

Of a ruby red color with garnet reflections, it seduces with refined aromas of small red fruits, floral and spicy nuances. On the palate it is delicate and harmonious, with subtle tannins and mature and complex aromas.

To be combined with taglierini with meat sauce, agnolotti and noble poultry.
