Description
The Barbaresco Pajorè di Bel Colle is born in vineyards particularly suited for the growth of Nebbiolo grapes.
At the end of the harvest operations, the best bunches are fermented with a maceration on the skins for 10 days. Subsequently the wine is aged for about 24 months in oak barrels and ends with 6 months in the bottle.
It has a garnet color and a bouquet of red flowers, raspberry, cherry and delicate spicy notes. The taste is structured, with velvety tannins.
To combine with game, braised or roasted meats.
