Description
Barbaresco Gallina di Ceretto is the result of the union of the best grapes from the homonymous cru, located at the foot of Neive, a town in the province of Cuneo.
The Nebbiolo grapes from the homonymous cru are traditionally vinified in temperature-controlled steel tanks. The wine then rests for 2 years in oak barrels, to then remain at least another 6 months in the bottle.
It has a ruby red color with garnet reflections. The nose opens with aromas of undergrowth, dry rose and tobacco. The sip is rich, full-bodied and refined.
Excellent with red meats and game, dishes with truffles and aged cheeses.
