Description

Ceretto's Barbaresco is the result of the union of the best grapes from the Asili and Treiso Crus, in the province of Cuneo.

The Nebbiolo grapes from different vineyards are vinified as a single mass to better enhance their characteristics and balance. It then rests for 2 years in wooden containers and then remains another 6 months in the bottle.

It has a bright garnet red color with orange reflections. On the nose it opens with ethereal notes enriched by hints of leather and cherry jam. In the mouth it is characterized by a good body and tannin, which make it interesting as a wine to be stored in the bottle.

Excellent with roasts, spicy cheeses and game.
