Barbaresco DOCG 2021 Bosca

Barbaresco is produced by Bosca and belongs to the Luigi Bosca line. Bosca is the Piedmontese winery that has been producing wines in Canelli, in the province of Asti, since the beginning of the 19th century.

Once harvested, the Nebbiolo grapes are vinified and subsequently aged for 9 months in wooden barrels.

In the glass it appears ruby red with garnet hues. On the nose there are hints of rose, spices and a woody note. The sip is dry, robust, with balanced tannins and a good persistence.

It goes very well with tagliolini with truffles, red meat and stewed game.
