Description
Ceretto's Barbaresco Bernadot is the result of the union of the best grapes from the homonymous cru located in the upper part of Treiso, a town in the province of Cuneo.
The Nebbiolo grapes from the homonymous Cru are traditionally vinified. The wine then rests for 2 years in 25hl wooden barrels and in tonneaux, to then remain at least another 6 months in the bottle.
It has a ruby red color with garnet reflections. The nose opens with aromas of dried flowers, berries and tobacco. The sip is greedy and fresh, of great persistence.
Excellent with red meats and game, both roasted and stewed.
