Description

Barbaresco Ceretto is the result of the union of the best grapes from Asili and Treiso Cru, in the province of Cuneo.

Nebbiolo grapes from different vineyards are vinified as a single mass to better enhance their characteristics and balance. It then rests for 2 years in wooden containers and then remains for another 6 months in the bottle.

It is of a bright garnet red color with orange reflections. The nose opens with ethereal notes enriched with hints of leather and cherry jam. In the mouth it is characterized by a good body and tannin, which make it interesting as a wine to be preserved in the bottle.

Excellent with roasts, spicy cheeses and game.
