Description
Barbados Rum Doorly's 14 Years of the Foursquare distillery is a blend of distilled rums in single column and in pot still column, of at least 14 years, aged in barrels previously used for the refinement of Bourbon and Madeira Portuguese fortified wine.
Coppery in color with reddish reflections, the nose releases complex aromas of blackberry and plum accompanied by toasted notes derived from the prolonged passage in the barrel. In the mouth it is soft, with hints of cherry that mix with notes of ginger and chocolate.
Excellent to taste straight, it can be used to make refined cocktails.
