Vino Tinto Ventus 2016 Venta d'Aubert

Ventus is a Spanish red wine from Bodega Venta d'Aubert, born in the 1980s in the heart of Matarraña. Sustainable viticulture practices include hand harvesting, plant covers and minimal use of sulfites.

Ventus is a red wine composed of Cabernet Sauvignon, Garnacha Tinta, Merlot, Cabernet Franc and Monastrell. The vinification involves aging for three years in barriques, mainly French, of which 10% are new and 90% used once or twice. Bottling took place in spring 2022.

At sight, it has a dark ruby red color. On the nose, aromas of black cherries, blackberries and a touch of dark chocolate are perceived. In the mouth, it is enveloping and pleasant, with delicate and ripe tannins, notes of red fruit and a fine toasted aroma, with a long and warm finish.

Perfect with meats, vegetables, pastas, stews and cheeses.
