Bacanora DO Yoowe

Bacanora is a Mexican artisanal spirit produced using Pacifica agave, also called Yaquiana Agave, which grows in the mountains of the state of Sonora. Bacanora has been produced for over 300 years, with the secrets of its processing handed down from generation to generation, guaranteeing a product of great quality and tradition.

Bacanora Yoowe follows traditional production methods that respect the protected denomination of the state of Sonora. This region was officially recognized in 2000 as the only place where the production of Bacanora is authorized and protected, ensuring the authenticity and uniqueness of this spirit.

On the nose, Yoowe is floral and light, despite its robust alcoholic structure. The aromas are characterized by notes of mineral earth and pepper. On the palate, the distillate is complex, rich and clean, with hints of minerals and spices, culminating in a savory and fresh finish that makes it particularly pleasant.
