Description
The Asprinio di Aversa Vine Maritata of the I Borboni company was born in vineyards located in the Agro Aversano and Giuglianese, in Campania.
It is entirely produced with Asprinio grapes, manually harvested in boxes between the last ten days of September and the first of October. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperature for 15 days. Subsequently the wine ages for 6 months in the same containers and for 30 days in the bottle, before being marketed.
It has a golden yellow color. The nose opens with a moderately intense and complex bouquet, with hints of citrus, flowers and orange peel above all, enriched with pleasant herbaceous notes. On the palate it is medium bodied, fresh and balanced.
This white wine is perfect to accompany frying and pizza. Try it with buffalo mozzarella.
