Description

De Bortoli's Topsy-Turvy Chardonnay is produced in Australia in the Yarra Valley, the southeastern part of Australia.

The grapes used for this wine are selected from the best plots present in Dixons Creek, Yarra Glen and Tarrawarra. After arriving in the cellar and soft pressing, the unfiltered must is fermented in steel and wood with subsequent aging of the wine in contact with the noble lees.

Lemon yellow in color with greenish reflections, it has floral and citrus aromas with flintstone returns. On the palate it is enveloping with a recognizable texture and the right minerality for a compact and long sip.

Ideal with white meats and fried chicken, it also goes well with pasta dishes with vegetables and grilled asparagus.
