Description
Armagnac 15 Ans D'Aurensan is made from Ugni Blanc, Colombard and Folle Blanche grapes from the Aurensan vineyard of the same name. The soil, characterized by the presence of chalk and clay, favors the development of the roots of the vine, which go to several meters of depth where they find all the nutrients the plant needs.
The distillation is carried out continuously, followed by 15 years of aging in barrels built using wood obtained from the oaks of the same estate. This armagnac belongs to the category of Triple Zero as it does not require any dilution, nor the addition of sugar or dyes. In this way, those characteristics of the armagnac that are the result of careful work in the vineyard and of its long and mysterious elaboration remain intact.
Intense mahogany color, it shows expressiveness to the nose, with evident hints of dried fruit and spices. In the mouth it is full and structured, of great elegance, with notes of ripe fruit and roasting that accompany a persistent finish on spicy tones.
Excellent to taste straight in small sips.
